Without a doubt, the best way to know if California State University, Monterey Bay is the right school for you is to experience it firsthand.  

Campus tours are held Monday through Saturday at 11 a.m. year round for prospective students and families.

Tours last about 75 minutes and involve A LOT of walking. Please dress accordingly, with comfortable shoes. Bring layers, too, because the temperature can drop rapidly if the fog rolls in. We recommend you check the weather to find out if you will need a jacket or sunscreen (or both). For a map and directions, or any questions about the tours, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Campus Tours in Spanish!

Starting October 22nd we will begin offering campus tours in Spanish.  These tour options will be available once a month.  To sign up for a tour in Spanish click on “schedule a visit online” link below and complete the information; when requesting a date you will see a Spanish option for the following dates:

  • February 25, 2012
  • March 17, 2012
  • Arpil 7, 2012
  • April 21, 2012
  • May TBD
  • June TBD

To be put on the registration for a Spanish tour please remember to choose the date with “Spanish tour” in the title.  If you are having trouble signing up on our website feel free to contact our office at 831-582-3738 but please note that not all of our operators are Spanish speakers.

Campus Tours will NOT be offered on the following holidays, weekends, and university closures:

  • Martin Luther King Jr Holiday weekend ~ January 14 through January 16
  • Spring Admitted Student Reception ~ March 10
  • Cesar Chavez Weekend ~ Mar 29 and 30
  • Commencment ~ May 18 adn 19
  • Memorial Day Weekend ~ May 26 thorugh May 28
